The food is more authentic than Genghis Grill. The flavor is great and is very flexible. You literally create your own bowl; meat, veggies, noodles, sauceThe price is in the middle/high, I think the experience counts because it's a not traditional restaurant style and you can make your bowl as big or little as you want. Highly recommend! Service is great as well. Besides one man...I haven't had any complaints about the service.
Love this place! And they are working so hard and short staffed (but you'd never know it because the service is still aces!). The food is fresh, the place clean, the service friendly and prompt, COVID protocols enforced. I consider Khan's casual dining but every visit is a unique, memorable, satisfying and fun experience!

Wonderful buffet all-you-can eat options and cooked in front of you. Staff are very welcoming and can give great advice for sauces and dish mix options if you feel overwhelmed on how to get all the things you love and have the mixed platter still taste great.
