Minnesota style pizza. After googoling Minnesota style pizza it seems most Minnesotans call BS on Minnesota style. What I can tell you is it's a 2 to 1 cheese to crust ratio. More chesse than any other pizza I've had except Chicago pizza which is in a category of it's own. The sauce was slightly sweet. The crust had a great crunch on the bottom chewy on the top. Walking through the Shops at University Square after a day of driving, we happened upon this great pizza place, but we didn't try the pizza. I saw on the menu they had several kinds of pasta made fresh, along with choices of sauces, meats and vegetables. It took a little while to get the pasta -- they cooked it when we ordered, so it took 10 minutes or so -- but it was worth the wait.
