I go here a lot due to it being in a very convenient location for me at work. Every single time I go, everyone is so kind and working so hard. I’m always tired when I head to grab my food, but the staff recognizing me and going out of their way to hand me my food always puts me in a better mood. Every person there needs to get recognized for their hard work!! Great job guys, I appreciate you all.
Very friendly staff and wanting to wait on you. Andy is very friendly and easy to joke with and Skylar is also the rest of the staff is also friendly. Very good food. Will definitely be back!! They go above and beyond!!

I love their bagels! I miss their second location in Rochester as I only go to this one when I have appointments. It's in the Subway Level of the Mayo Clinic Building, but it's worth it. There is seating with tables and in a corner area, so it feels more secluded and not as hectic. Recommend!
