They got the order wrong, no hot peppers as per order. When we asked about them, when picking up order we were told there was hot peppers. Not sure what is worse, being pepperless or being lied to, but Peter may have picked a peck of pickled peppers but Peter was persnickity and promptly prohibited Jimmy John from pepper partaking.As for a canned response asking me to follow a link from corporate: I literally left a review so you can hear my feedback. The rest is on you man!

This Jimmy John's is across the street from the Mayo clinics. I was there at 11:30 a.m. and the place was so unbelievably busy. They had about 12 - 14 employees taking orders, making sandwiches, bagging and deliveries. It was a well-oiled machine unlike you have ever seen at any Jimmy John's. Got the wrong order, told the gal working, no apology, nothing, I wanted to buy the wrong one for my hubby n get my fixed one, but grabbed it n tossed in garbage. She was rude, as was the guy making the sandwiches. Extremely dissatisfied at the location.
