I used the subway app April 3rd and my food was delievered all open and exposed i told the driver i wouldnt accept this. I reach out to subway app they tell me to reah out to doordash for my refund. Doordash says the store needs to refund my money theyve attempted multiple times toreahch the store no answers! Stood at the counter forever waiting for someone to come take my order… even called the store to tell them they had a line and no one answered the phone. Yikes! Ended up walking out and going elsewhere
Thought I would stop on my way to work and get a sub for lunch. There was no one behind the counter. I could hear someone in the back so called out to let them know I was there but got no response. A delivery person came and went to the back room with his delivery so when he came out I asked him if there was anyone there, he said there was but they were on break. I understand that everyone deserves a break but maybe a sign out front to inform the customers would be a good idea....read full review
