There are a lot of young adults and teenagers that work there. No one has customer service etiquette or skills. That's the problem today with young people, they don't want to learn anything. They were rude.
They closed the lobby and only took drive through orders but it seemed as though they didn't have an alarm to let them know someone is in the drive through because I sat for at least 8min before someone came to see about
