I've had some really not great experiences at this Arby's with some of the employees. And while I understand that the food service industry can be very draining, it put a bad taste in my mouth for a while. However, there have been a couple times now that I have gone through the drive through and have been greeted by Lee, one of the shift managers, in such a light-hearted and professional way. I had been to this location a few times and noted that the service was quick. The first time I was there, the food was hot, and the drink was cold, the way it should be. This last time, the sandwich was lukewarm, and the fries were cold, and the drink was cold, and this was straight out of the window into my hands. I do not know if going inside the establishment would have made a difference. Prices are normal with other locations.

While I do not crave Arby’s often, this location certainly delivers a fast quality roast beef sandwich and classic curly fries.
