The staff are usually nice and friendly but... They're usually understaffed, so it can be a little slow. I might be lucky there but I usually don't have any issues with not getting my order correct.
Arbys food is good (except their burger, is yuck) but expensive, and of course I forgot to use my coupon! Drive thru was a wait, 2 songs ? worth of waiting so like 7 min. Employees were very friendly. I'll stop at this location again if I pass by and have a few bucks to spend on food.
