The Russian Ruben sandwich I had from here was hands down the best deli sandwich I've ever tasted.I've never had such wonderful flavors come from a sandwich.They have made a life long customer of me today.I can't say enough good things with my experience there today.
A great no-frills deli where the focus is on fresh sandwiches. The closest thing you'll find to a New York deli in the Twin Cities.I love everything about Cecil's, from the line that forms in the deli, where you can watch the action behind the deli counter, to the Formica topped tables in the dining room.
