We have been going to El Azteca since they first opened. When we go to other Mexican restaurants, we compare and always find we like El Azteca' beans, rice, and cheese sauce much better than others. And no one compares to their chiles rellenos! They are very cheesy and the outside batter makes it even more delicious! Different family members like the shrimp tacos and the fajitas. I feel like the quality of the food has gone down in our recent visits. This used to be our go to Mexican restaurant in Apple Valley, but the last few dinners we have had tasteless food and mediocre service. Too bad :/
