Just ate lunch here. Small place on the skyway near Hotel 340. Really good vegan chili, all sorts of vegan meat and fresh made food. They get their meat from the Herbivores Butcher in St. Paul. Also worth checking out. Support these places especially if you are vegan/vegetarian but definitely try them even if you’re not.

Evans organic eatery is a hidden gem! Definitely worth finding for lunch or ordering for delivery. Tried the egg salad sandwich, breakfast sandwich and potato salad. All of it amazing! Went back the next day to try the jackfruit tuna salad sandwich...incredible!!St Paul is lucky to have such a great spot for good vegan food. Minneapolis could definitely use an Evans Organic Eatery!

This was my first trip to Evan’s. My daughter was craving a sandwich from there so we took a drive to St Paul. She got her regular Turkey Sandwich with a bag of Moringa Puffs, I got the Vegetable Curry soup. The soup was delicious, just like homemade, a ton of vegetables, good flavor!
