The people are amazing and so nice!! The space is big and good for COVID because the tables are spread out. But I’m a little confused - the menu said Planted Seed on it, as if that’s the company that provides the food? So the food is different from Just/Us? The new management is AMAZEBALLS. I’m not even vegan, and Ioved their food. Everything was fresh, creative, and delicious. I had “crab cakes” that were both gluten free and vegan. And it was muy delicioso! Highlights: Cha Gio - deep fried spring roll wrapped in lettuce with beef and shrimp on the side. These were amazing. Pad Thai - the noodles were a bit too thick for me, but the flavor profile was so good. Less sugary sweet than most americanized pad Thai and more tamarind. Chicken rice porridge - great flavor in the broth Good: Spring roll - fresh ingredients Beef salad - tasty meat and very tender Mango boba - not as sweet or as springy as I've had but it'll do the trick!
