First and probably last time in this place. Soup is very good however, very poor customer service. We felt intimidated, like they were expecting us to know everything. We pick our food and left with not even a bag to carry it. Nothing else to say, photos speak by themselves.

I ordered from this Potbelly a few days ago, and the food was great as usual, but a drink was forgotten. I called about it and wasn't able to get it replaced at the time, just due to not being able to pick it up at the time.However, today I ordered again, and this time, not only did all of our food come, but they gave us some cookies and a side to make up for the previous experience.
