We come here normally once a week to get our daughter a treat. Normally other than a somewhat slow drive through, everything is good. But when we went today they messed up what I ordered and when I mentioned it at the window, the girl just shrugged it off and said sorry. But wouldn’t correct the issue, normally wouldn’t care but it was one of the few things I do not like. When 3 things cost 20$ now a days, it’s just frustrating to not get what you asked for. I have had great experiences most times I've stopped here (1-4 times a week for a shake). Sometimes the service is spotty, with a bunch of teenagers running it. Today was the first time in a while I was disappointed with my food. I mean, it's a pretty pathetic looking shake ?. Not full to the suggested top even. This is how it was handed to me, I haven't even drank it or let it melt.
