We recently (this evening) made the mistake of going to another sushi restaurant nearby because Sapporo is closed on Mondays. All that did was make us appreciate Sapporo more.We come here every ~2-3 weeks, which is a bit of an expensive habit. We've tried their hibachi and sushi and been pleased the whole time. The food is amazing and fresh. The girl at the front counter is Amazing and super nice. She will get people to keep coming back with her Amazing personality.. highly recommend this place.

A very lovely dining experience for the suburbs. The quality of the food, the wonderful and attentive service and the overall ambience will keep me coming back. The edamame and crab rangoon were fresh and delicious. The sushi was fresh and creatively presented. The mochi for dessert was the best too. Strawberry and Mango...so fresh. I highly recommend and will be back.
