9:30 am, my Uber order cancelled. Looked around for place that could do 12 meals fast for a conference meeting. Firehouse did fantastic! The owner works his ass off for the customer. If anyone want to call this place "not good, " your an idiot and probably complain about everything. Small hard working businesses like this need to be lifted up. Very grateful for the experience! Serious thank you!
I had a fraudulent order placed on my rewards account and Shannon was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process! She even took the time to contact the owner to make sure she was telling me the correct information since she hadn’t dealt with a fraudulent order before! Just wanted to say Thank you again!
