The food was excellent, Bison Short Ribs were cooked to perfection, the entire dish was incredibly tasty. The pheasant was also amazing.What made the night excellent though was our server, Kate. She was just great! Friendly, very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks and just a delight to talk to. Thank you Kate, we’ll be back, again! She’ll remember us as the Scottish couple who she called scouse ?
