honestly… this location has taken GREAT CARE OF ME… 2 wonderful ladies who work regularly & greet me with open smile and hello’s…often inside my food is great quality and warm,, this BK and its employees deserve a well written review !!
Hospitality standards have gone noticeably downhill. Drive-thru menus are falling apart, flaking paint on exterior fixtures, dirty and unkempt. The wall with the drive-up windows was disgusting to have so near my face whole waiting in line. Drive-up speaker was scarcely audible, so ordering was awkward. Only reason this place got any stars was bcuz of our food…this gal working went out of her way to make fresh order of fries bcuz we wanted crispy. Sandwiches were good but not real hot. This dark haired gal was nice!! Sticky floor everywhere, dirty beyond words!
