It is a bit slower then most but they are courteous, however the 2 times I hav been there they managed to make a mistake with taking my order. Nothing so big as to me not eating there again, but other then that not enough to complain about it, but jus enough to notice.

This is the smallest McDonald's I've ever seen. It's conveniently located on Main Street in Winona. The Drive-Through is very narrow, through an alley. It could be good, but they don't train the staff very well, and the drive-Through speaker is hard to understand: scratchy and distorted. Every once in awhile, you'll get a very nice person at the counter who is knowledgeable and efficient. The employees are always glum. You can tell they hate working there. The food itself could be a lot better. I'd rather go farther into town to the other McDonald's for better service and food
