Took way too long for food to be made and brought out for how many people were there. Pretty disgusted that they thought it was OK to bring out on a rusty skillet. When I mentioned the skillet being rusted it was just shrugged off like it wasn't a big deal.
We were seated immediately. Order was taken in a timely fashion. Food was delicious. Waitress was very accommodating and checked on us to make sure everything was up to par. We used a coupon for buy one get one meal free which helps lower the price. Great place to dine.Parking: Lots of parking available for plenty of people dining at Perkins.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available and prices reasonable.

They are usually short staffed which makes wait times kind of long. The wait staff is not overly friendly most of the time. (Probably because of being over worked) The menu does not have a whole lot of options, but the pies and muffins are always delicious.
