Our server claimed most of our issue was because it was busy, but there were only 4-5 tables and at least 4 staff available. My steak came out well, I ordered Medium Rare. We had to ask for drink refills multiple times, her service was very inconsistent. She also complained to us about other customers which was very unprofessional. I almost never visit here and tonight I remembered why. We ordered food to go and the quesadilla appetizer didn’t come with the pico and sour cream as advertised, the kids burger looks destroyed and they forgot the utensils and cutlery. Kind of missed the mark this time. It will be a while before we go back, if ever. People pay good money for food to be unhappy. We felt it was a simple order.
MAYA in the Belton location is the absolute sweetest, coolest, nicest person ever. She has taken my and my husband’s ToGo order multiple times and she’s always friendly and always smiles. Can’t believe she remembers us when we come in but that’s great customer service for ya. Keep up the great work Maya. You are the bomb! Applebee’s please appreciate Her. She deserves it. P.S.
