I frequent the Belton Longhorn for lunch, as they offer burgers and combos of soup, salad and potato choices at reasonable prices. As I was leaving the restaurant last week, I noticed their menu board announcing that “lamb chops are back by popular demand”. My wife and I dined there tonight and the lamb exceeded my expectations. I have been meaning to write a good review for this place since my birthday in October. William C our waiter made my special day even more special. He was so friendly, the food tasted amazing, and I loved the Ice Cream dessert. He made me feel like a VIP. If your smart ask for William.
