I would definitely agree with some of the reviews definitely needs a facelift, and they need to train their carhops. Better not to expect a tip after all, they do get a good wage. I would say you need to put more love in your food when you make it I’ve gotten some really bad breakfast burritos. They usually just throw them in the trash. When a customer says easy ice does not mean extra ice. I feel the carhops do not pay attention to the customer when they ordering their food....read full review

Our carhop, Tim, was an unexpected highlight of our late night stop. He provided exceptional service and had an infectious positive attitude. It made our quick slushie run a very pleasant encounter!

We order double sonic burger and a oreo shake. The Burger was fantastic, however, toward the lower level of the shake. It started tasting really really salty. Tasted a couple of the oreo cookies and that's where it was very salty apparently. Is this a normal stuff didn't get mixed right? Or should we be worried? Appreciate the info.
