I am new to the area and used to love eating at Jack in So Cal. Unfortunately, the times being what they are, Jack in StL is nothing like the Jack of years past in in Cali. This location is only open to drive thru.
this is definitely a 1-star jack in the box because they get our order wrong every single time, but it's hard for me to give it a 1-star rating because every single time i've ever gone here (and i've lived in the area for over 10 years), there is literally only one person working the entire restaurant. one. only so much you can do when you're the only person working the whole building. i just wish the management & owners would get their act together so employees don't feel like...read full review

The food was good but took 25 minutes to prepare. It wasn't busy so I don't understand what took so long. I ended up going inside to get my food and found only very young people running the store. Ownership is to blame for my experience. There was no leadership.
