My boys and I visited First Watch on Saturday November 25th. It was extremely busy and the staff handled it very well. We were waiting to be seated in Colby Section but she was in the weeds with 3 big top tables. We salt in another servers section . She is a great person and superb customers service. We(Myself, My sister and Hershel)came out for our Birthday Brunch-I was glad I could bring Hershel on the patio as today is his 1st Birthday! My and my sisters birthday are also this week, she had a BOGO coupon to use for her birthday. The patio was nice and had enough shade around 10:20am. My server, I believe her name was colby, she was wonderful even though chiefs sunday was a crazy day! I could see her and other servers getting sat so quickly they could hardly keep up, everyone was so busy and doing their best but what i believe to be a manager was telling the servers to pick up plates off their tables even though he was walking through with empty hands, i also heard him say they couldn't go to the restroom... maybe if he helped a little more than yelled everything...read full review
