I used to spend a lot of time in paneras. I would meet friends there in the afternoon after I got off work to have a dessert and a soft drink. I used to give everyone that I worked with panera's gift cards for Christmas. I am so disappointed these days when I go to panera's. The amount of desserts that they carry has been trimmed down to a bare minimum. The types of bread that they carry has also been trimmed down to a bare minimum. Giving a 2stars bc I've had good food in the past... but, ? I just left after seeing an older woman eating and licking her fingers behind the bakery counter. The WOMEN WHO GRABS YOUR FOOD!!! YA NO. Hard Pass.

I got a "Frozen Caramel Cold Brew" and it was the worst coffee I have ever had. You will have better luck with QuikTrip cold brew. Also when I called to see if they started making them differently the lady said we don't have frozen coffee?? clearly its on the menu???
