This McDonald's totally suck's. I'm from Springfield, Missouri. Saturday night after a show, I stopped here to get a bite to eat for on the road. I was ignored and and the staff totally rude. Food was cold nasty. I had to holler at workers to get order placed. One black kids was the only decent one there. I called main manager Monday morning. She had no idea. And completely replaced my order with one store in Springfield. I'm told by Branson local, this was a normal there....read full review
Waiting literally forever in the drive through. Horrible. And stuck in there cause I already paid online. People don't even say hi. This is definitely not the first time. But it's definitely the last. I'll never go there again. It's always something wrong. Never get any courtesy except the cashier maybe. They don't even say hi. The worst run business I've run into in a long time. Even deleted my McDonald's account and the app. Love McDonald's but not that much.

Ordered 3 whole items on app for delivery, only received 2. Customer service was 0 help. If you want food absolutely go in person so when they screw it up you can get your food. Ridiculous. 0/10
