Not sure of the employees name but she was a total sweetheart. My order number ended up being the same number of the year her grandparents passed. My friend thought it was jokes and made a joke out of it and made me feel bad. Just want her to know I genuinely appreciate her kindness and her effort:)
Overall good experience. Sometimes the night staff seems to take issue with mobile orders. It always seems like a bigger deal to verify you upon arrival than other than anyone else.

Went through the drive-thru, on 2-19-24 at around 6 p.m., and received the best customer service from Shelby (I think that was her name). I had some special requests, she made it happen and was so helpful getting it right. The food was wonderful, too.
