I've worked in the business for over 20 years and problems happen just as they did at the open. so many people want to talk about the negative but I wanted to let you know having 3 staff members as friendly and helpful made the little time we waited no big deal as they quickly corrected it. I would highly recommend that store because of them. Just wanted to give big shout out to good service.“
“Everything was fare.But the all you can eat menu they take TOO LONG to bring your second all you can eat.Other people with me <6 people>was finished eating before I got my other serving of ALL U CAN EAT. Waited 25 to 30min and half the amount of food.But was quick with the bill.“

The service is warm and inviting, they are prompt and the food comes out hot and quickly. I came here yesterday for lunch, and it was such a positive experience, I came back today. “I've been to Love's truck many times for gas or snacks & never noticed Wendy's until someone asked me about it. I'm clueless sometimes. Sigh. So I got breakfast for us this morning & it was great! The app worked well. The order was well packaged & ready when I got there. And it all tasted as great as Wendy's always does. We're so glad to have a Wendy's close enough to go to frequently, even if I did practically have to be hit by a 2x4 board before I noticed it!“
“It's white castle, the food is what it is, if you are like me and simply like the little sliders you will get just that and they are good. I would shy away from the lettuce and tomato sliders, I tried something new and was disappointed. The lettuce and tomato was warm and limp. Stick with the classic ones.“
“The service here was great. It was slow but you could tell they were hustling. I got to the window to find out they didn’t have the item I ordered but I was able to order a replacement. They forgot tacos and our fries were cold and chewy. The team was super accommodating when we came back to report it. Seems severely understaffed and with the right support, the staff that served me could’ve earned your restaurant 5 stars all around.“

“There is a reason Fitz’s is famous! The place was packed but we were quickly seated and waited on. Our server was great, and the food came out quickly. Even though I’m not a fan of root beer, I tried the bottled Shirley Temple and it was amazing. The portions are great and everything was as it should be. My only complaint is that the fries pickles could have been crispier. If you’re in St. Louis, you have to go to Fitz’s, it’s as simple as that!“

“I came in this morning for breakfast and was helped by Echo. I hope I am getting her name right. She was friendly and so hard working. The food was excellent. This was my first breakfast being back in the states after 3 years of living abroad and everything about it was perfect. I got the spicy poblano omelette with hashbrowns. Everything was seasoned perfectly. Echo was the only server, it was very early, but she was so fast and attentive and friendly to everyone who was there.“
