It's a fast food place.The drive thru experience would be that of any big chain.One difference is Carthage Burger King employees are super sweet and polite. They smile and genuinely seem to be happy to help you. I've pulled thru many times for lunch and they're always so sweet.
Service was Extremely Slow ! I Bought a Large Coke and their was barely any Coke in it ! When I opened the cup it was full of Ice ! The Coke Machine in the Lobby wasn't working , so I asked for a Coke that they got in Drive Thru , If I would have known they were going to fill it with ice and little Coke I would have asked for very little lce ? She never asked how much Ice ?Is this they way you treat out of towers? Not Happy paying for Large Coke and didn't even get to Springfield...read full review

Got my favorite the Whopper today and it was absolutely amazing as usual I like the service we get here. The whole gang seems to be very friendly and the store is always clean
