This is my favorite Chinese restaurant in the four-state area. I'm not a Carthage resident, but I will make the trek when I can. I've never been disappointed with the food or service. Been going for years and will continue to do so.
everything was fresh that I ate. they've got a different kind of flavor than I'm used to. not sure if I like it or not still. but it was a buffet that keeps fresh food out so, if you are a Chinese eater, this is a place for you to check out.
I’m giving this a 3, because there was some good food, and the people were very nice. However, some of the food was very bland, and you could tell it had been sitting for a while, and not fresh. Our table was sticky when we sat down. Also in the middle of us eating the waitress started vacuuming right next to our table… I found that kind of disrespectful and I couldn’t hear my boyfriend who was right across from me.
