This place has lived rent-free in my head since I was a young child. I don't live in Carthage, my family does, but I'd spend my youthful summers there, annually. I’ve had burgers all over the world and this place is number 1. Their farmer burger is the perfect burger. Fresh pickles, red onion, ham and bacon with cheese. I drive an hour to go get them because well like I said they are number 1.

My favorite burger in the world. Sized like an old school burger, perfect combination of greasy and cheesy. We go from Kansas City to roaring River to go trout fishing, and this is a must stop place both coming and going. We always grab a bag for the drive back to KC.
