Don't waste your time if it's after 3pm. I'm sick of showing up only to find they closed early. It has happened repeatedly, and today they were still accepting online orders while closed. Based on the Now Hiring signs and clearly reduced hours, I'm sure they don't pay employees enough.
I absolutely love Jimmy John’s! I eat there at least, 3 times a week. And not once have I had a bad experience with the food until now. I have never ate at this location but wanted a sandwich on my way home from work. The girl who gave me my sandwich was fantastic! When I got back to my car, the bread was so stale, it was almost inedible. Which sucks because, that’s my favorite sandwich. I would have gone back in but I was in a time crunch. I absolutely love these sandwiches. I oder from this location often as it is very close to where I work. However, my sandwich specifications are absolutely overlooked. What's the point of having customization option online if the staff overlook them. I ask for mayo or extra vinegar and oil, I don't get it. I ask for no peppers, yet they're on my sandwich. All I ask is pay better attention to orders as they come through and make them to specifications.
