I've been going to Bangkok Gardens for roughly 18 years now. First time I went was in their much smaller original location.Never been disappointed. Always incredible food.Had an amazing experience during True/False this year. We were banging on the door right at open and Dani took care of us. Had recommendations, made 4 Vietnamese coffees quickly, and knew when we needed help. Dani took extra precautions with my friend who has a cashew allergy.Drunken noodles and crab Rangoon were great. Can't wait for the next time I'm in Columbia

A Gauntlet of DisappointmentRating: ⭐️As Thanos, the Mad Titan, I have conquered galaxies and brought civilizations to their knees with a snap of my fingers. However, even I was not prepared for the disappointment that awaited me at Bangkok Garden.Upon entering, I was greeted by an atmosphere devoid of any semblance of cosmic majesty. The décor was lackluster, reminiscent of a forgotten outpost on the edge of the universe. The ambiance lacked the vibrant energy one would expect from a place named after a bustling metropolis. The menu offered a lackluster selection of Thai cuisine, each dish a pale imitation of its namesake. The flavors were uninspired, leaving my mighty palate yearning for the taste of victory rather than the bland offerings before me.But the true betrayal came when it was time to settle the bill. As a Marvel character, I am accustomed to wielding power and influence, yet the owner of Bangkok Garden saw fit to deceive me. Despite my contributions to the universe, they dared to shortchange me on my paycheck, a grievous offense that even the Infinity Stones could not rectify. In conclusion, Bangkok Garden is a restaurant worthy of oblivion. Its lackluster cuisine and deceitful practices leave much to be desired, even by the standards of a cosmic conqueror. Thanos may be merciful in his conquests, but he finds no mercy for establishments that fail to meet even the lowest of expectations.

Bangkok Gardens is a Columbia staple. John and his crew have been making amazing food for so many years and he's one of the kindest people you'll ever meet.

5 years ago, I gave this place high marks for great food. I normally get the Phat Thai. I returned last spring after a long absence. Did not find my dish that great. It used to be in a peanut sauce. Now it seems more like a peanut broth. Thin & runny. And a 3rd of the dish was just plain cabbage. There are other Thai places in town so I don't think I will be back soon.

Very good and service was great. They were kind enough to let us order a little late and were incredibly nice afterwards. I would come here again.

First time i ate here was in 2016 & the drunken noodles were amazing , i come back in 2023 and sadly the drunken noodles did not seem the same at all, it was still edible but not as good as before. The hostess was super nice short brown haired girl brought us water as we waited for a table 10/10 for her .However our blonde waitress lacked every human emotion it seemed like , didnt want you to stand at the table long enough to let any of us talk or ask and walked away when my friend tried to speak. Not someone who should be in the hospitality industry thats for sure.Wish the experience was a little better!

This is my all time favorite restaurant in the world. I’ve eaten here for lunch and dinner many times. Everything on the menu is good, but the stir fries are outstanding. Don’t be turned-off by terms on the menu like “oyster sauce” or “fish sauce”. These flavors are like more delicious soy sauces and they do not at all taste like fish or oysters. The spring rolls are amazing with the sweet and sour dipping sauce. Be careful with the spice level as the food can become very spicy. I find that a 2 or 3 can be pleasantly spicy without hiding the complexity of the other amazing flavors.

This was one of my favorite places when I'd come back to Como. It's definitely not the same quality or I hit a bad night. My main dish was charred ruining any bit of flavor. I wouldn't have let this out the door of my establishment. The steamed dumplings were on point and that ended up being my $30 dinner.

Saw the reviews and thought we would give it a try. I ordered number 9. Stir fry vegetables with beef and garlic gravy. It came in a bowl submerged in beef tasting gravy as thin as water. It was average tasting. It cost $17 dollars which seemed steep compared to other asian restaurants. Seemed more like a $9.99 value. I prefer House of Chow, or Taste Place much better selections and 35-40% less expensive. In addition, my wife was disgusted by the bathroom. There was cleaning supplies, other chemicals, and a big floor buffer in there. The toilet was old and gross, the floor was dirty. With all the other options available, we won’t be going back.

They put way too much sauce on my pad thai, didn't taste authentic. Also waited 30-40 min for food
