My family and I have eaten here and ordered takeout several times, it's our go-to Chinese restaurant. We love the food, and have never had a bad meal. It's your typical strip mall Chinese place. Delicious food that makes up for the dingy, shabby decor. One could say that that is actually part of the experience, it's traditional.The only "bad" experience I have ever had here was on Christmas Day. I placed an order online for pickup around 6 pm. I showed up at the restaurant at my estimated time, and the place was packed. Customers filled the tables, booths and stood waiting. The phone was ringing off the hook and employees were working furiously to cook and fill myriad food orders.It ultimately took two hours to get my food. I admit to feeling impatient and annoyed when I asked three times for an update on my order, to only receive a head shake and ultimately be told, on round three that my order hadn't even been started yet.I didn't go full Karen because...well I'm not that kind of person. The employees were working at double speed to churn out food as quickly as possible, and online orders seem to be just relentless.I'm wondering if there is no way to stop them? In the restaurant, the person at the desk had to inform callers and walk-ins that they were no longer accepting orders. She then resorted to picking up the receiver and setting it down again to save time. But the pile of online orders grew and grew, hence my two hours wait.Since my card had been charged, I chose to wait, and ate my delicious food very late in the evening. Next year I'll have to plan my Christmas Day Chinese Food Siege more carefully, perhaps ordering three hours before I would like to eat.

Horrible service! They lied about a dasher grabbing my order and is repeatedly ignoring any phone calls. My dasher said that she saw the woman working there repeatedly hang up the phone and then unhook the phone so they would no longer receive calls.

This restaurant just keeps getting better. I don't know if they hired a new chef roughly about a year ago or what the change is. But something has definitely changed and this is some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. Crab rangoon and chicken lo mein were the best i've ever had. My girlfriend got the shrimp egg roll and it was excellent.Their hot and sour soup is always excellent but it was especially good last night. Their cashier is pleasant and helpful. Big thumbs up on this one.

Typical Columbia Chinese restaurant to visit but good food and great service. We ordered on Thanksgiving and the food was hot fresh and ready when it was scheduled to be. The only thing bad on the food was the apps were super greasy.

I have the chicken fried rice, egg roll and crab rangoon when ever I go there. Some of the best Columbia has to offer. The dumplings are yummy Delicious ?Parking: Wide open parking lot. Plenty of up front parking for any given day and hour.
