The food is way expensive for the little bit you get. The meat alone is just a little scoop, but you get a heaping pile of rice and everything else. Also, if you can get queso on top of your food, it's not charged. But I asked for mine on the side and I got an additional 2.50 charge for that little cup. I don't think that was right. Don't think I'll go back for a while. The barbacosa was not all that great either.

Paying $8-$10 per burrito bowl and getting cheated on protein is a huge slap in the face to the customer. They jacked up the prices of everything and give you less food. Chip bags only 1/4 full, steak and chicken proteins are half scoops. Shame on this company for doing this stuff to their customers. I'll go to Pancheros from now on, they don't cheat their customers.

I’ve been to this chipotle so many times. Many good and bad experiences. I’ve held off on writing a 1 star review for awhile now. THIS however has pushed me over the edge. Not even the 2 hour wait for a burrito on Halloween standing in the store for 50minutes after they said it would be ready and getting a cold burrito that obviously had been sitting in the back for awhile. Not even the amount of times that many items were missing from my order. Yesterday I ordered 2 burritos. I was having a terrible day, spent my last $20 in my checking account to eat because I forgot to eat all day. I wanted leftovers. I got 2, 5-inch burritos. It was half the length of my hand. How can anyone make those burritos and think that’s acceptable? Online support is so glitchy I’m not even sure I’ll ever get refunds for anything. Terrible company.

I have been coming here since it open and it seems like there is always something wrong whether with the system or with payments or there is always something it seems. However, the latest was that I put an online order through, drove across town only to be told when I got there that they didn’t have what I ordered. Only then do I get told I only had two other alternative options none of which I could eat and they could not refund my money there. I had to call an 800 number to get my money back. They were less than helpful and it was incredibly frustrating. They didn’t seem to care at all.

We eat here frequently. They provide a reasonably safe gluten free and dairy free meal, even meatless, if desired. This location has treated us better than others, making substitutions (beans in place of rice) for one of our group. We like everything we have tried, unless is was sitting a while and dried out. I do wish they would train all employees how to prepare food for allergies! I usually have to tell them the order to do things to avoid cross-contamination.Vegetarian options: Both the sofritas and guacamole are good. I order bowls.Dietary restrictions: If you guide them, they can make safe gluten free and dairy free meals.Parking: Always manage to find parking, but it's crowded.
Restaurant was dirty, trash bins over flowing. Would not eat here again.

If you've been to 1 you've been to em all, location can be confusing for someone not familiar with the area but they are normally not super busy. You can get in and out in about 10 minutes for Togo food

so i live in a small town and theirs no chipotle, the nearest chipotle is here, i order my food and i get it. the container is HALF full. but my mothers container is FULLY full. the foods good but like i paid only ti get less then half my food, and it’s not like i can druu oh ve bakc ti get some more, very disappointing 1/5
