To the MANAGER that let me in 5 minutes to close the night of March 25th, 2024. I was bummed to hear that the menu items we wanted to order were no longer available... HOWEVER, The "Cobb" chicken salad and the pancake tacos were wonderful and your service, attention to detail and your professionalism was PHENOMENAL. Cracker Barrel I'm so disappointed. Our food was served barely warm. The biscuits were as hard as a rock. The gravy was a big blob. The tea tasted terrible. The waiter was nice though. I know food isn't always served perfect, but that was really bad. I know you can do better Cracker Barrel.
