Customer service is nonexistent. They don't say a single thing at the window when getting your order and don't look at you either. The least they could do is say "thank you" or something like that because the deathly silence while waiting for your order is so uneasy compared to other restaurants/coffee
I’ve only ever been to Dunkin twice, both in the last couple days. Loved the coffee and the price. I just wish the employees were nicer. It literally makes me never want to go back. As a barista at another coffee place, they seriously need to work on their customer service. I’m not expecting a lot, but even a hi, or have a nice day would be a huge improvement. Stopped here twice this week never had a Boston Cream donut available! But the glazed donuts were excellent as was the coffee. That said the service was non existent.Casher could not count change. Both visits took almost 15 minutes to get our order.Best advice avoid this store!
