Flat Branch has always been a family favorite but I’d like to recognize the manager, Paul, for his outstanding customer service. He went way above “above and beyond” when he hand delivered the gift card I had bought for my Dad’s birthday. I ordered the gift card which got lost in the mail and Paul decided to drive the new gift card to my Dad’s house! We are all so grateful for his kindness. Food is impeccable, service is always fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cute and trendy. Their sausage and chicken bayou pasta is to die for. It is penne pasta with a creamy cajun sauce, chicken, smoked sausage slices, and green peppers served with garlic bread on the side.
