Food is impeccable, service is always fast and friendly, and the atmosphere is cute and trendy. Their sausage and chicken bayou pasta is to die for. It is penne pasta with a creamy cajun sauce, chicken, smoked sausage slices, and green peppers served with garlic bread on the side. That is for my spicy people, but they have a wide variety of spice-free entrees that are also incredible. Their wraps, burgers, flatbreads, pastas, and appetizers are all fire.One of my favorite drinks here is a cocktail with Vanilla Vodka, root beer, and whipped cream. This tastes just like a root beer float. I had three of them and the stomach ache was worth it. Everything at Flat Branch is awesome including the food, drinks, service, and atmosphere. Try this place out if you want your mouth to be blessed.

The quality of meat and fish was excellent. The rest of the fare was premade and frozen. The vegetables on my plate were still dehydrated and wilted from being flash frozen and stored for an extended period of time. The service was great. Although they were short staffed, our waitress Annabelle was very courteous and was prompt in her service. It is this that makes an establishment serviceable, and Flat Branch would be great for a hangout spot to drink.

Flat Branch has always been a family favorite but I’d like to recognize the manager, Paul, for his outstanding customer service. He went way above “above and beyond” when he hand delivered the gift card I had bought for my Dad’s birthday. I ordered the gift card which got lost in the mail and Paul decided to drive the new gift card to my Dad’s house! We are all so grateful for his kindness. He is proof that there are good people in this world! What an extraordinary guy and fantastic establishment. Thank you !

My friend and I ordered the Cucumber Citrus Salmon and Creole Red Snapper. To say the least the rice had a bitter, bland, old taste. The broccoli was over cooked and looked old. After our food was served the bartender totally ignored us and the tall guy with the mask had a serious personality. Lots of little fruit flies, buzzing!!!The Spicy Spinach and Cheese Dip was good but regret eating it now that I think about it!!
Our first time visiting, we ordered the artichoke dip appetizer and it was very good. My meal of chorizo sausage with fried poblanos was delicious. Our server JW was fantastic, attentive and friendly. We will definitely be back.
