I telephoned in an order Sunday night,March 17,2024. Was given a time to pickup.Upon arrival,my order was not cooked,ready,or even "in the system".After difficulties with their APP a couple years ago which left me salty,this blunder put the final nail in the "Never Order Here Again Ever" box.P.S. The MOD on Monday found my order and was baffled why it didn't get processed,and actually ASKED if I wanted my order cooked.On Monday.After Noon.While I was out of town on a business trip.SMH...

Family of 6, waitress named Bella, only came to our table 6 times, 1: take order, 2: bring drinks, 3: bring appetizers, 4: refile drinks ONCE, 5: bring the ticket (bill). 6: After geting the bill we wait for 15 minutes for her to take the payment. Bella kept disappearing, never to be found. I am/ we are still thirsty and hungry. Was going to order more, but not willing to wait around any longer.

Store was very clean, wait staff was very attentive. Food was delicious, I was there for the super bowl and they did magnificent job accommodating the crowd.
Went there for a quick lunch, food was delicious, and service was professional. The original hot wings were crispy and juicy. I have the burger and it was good. Location was hard to get to entrance is hidden between hotels at the end of a cul-de-sac exterior could use a bit of maintenance and cleanup.

The service staff are nice but rude. I only wanted a chicken burger. First they brought only the chicken, without the burger, then they filled it with onions and mushrooms, and on top of that, the tomatoes, pickles and lettuce that were given free of charge were written as extra. In short, I will never go there again.

I show up to wash the couch football championship game. Sat for a while. Was Carter despite my graybeard, which was fine. After $30 of food one drink and one shot was cut off. It was the fourth quarter of the national championship game. She said it was because of company policy. Friends of the staff were clearly wasted. If you're not in the click you're not served.
