Two stars is being nice. What a very unorganized store. Oh wait, it is organized, to them but not when there are for example eggs located in separate places instead of all together (separate ends of the store). The same with oils, crackers, and a wide assortment of other items. Just an awful first experience when I cannot locate what I want. I spent a good hour and half there walking around. Ask for assistance, yes I did, and they were not sure either. I don't think I will be back. The only good thing about it was the nice barista at the coffee bar who works the morning shift and gets off at 1pm. She was very nice and helpful. So, thank you - you helped make my day better.

Although my daughter cake was beautiful as can I must say it was nasty I asked for light icing and as you can see we got a bunch more icing then cake the cake wasn't at all fresh I have ordered many cakes for them and they have been good but they did NOT do good at all with this cake and I spent over $60 and had to pay in advance since it was over $50 it was horrible I mean horrible

Hyvee has a special price on Kansas City Chiefs shirts and merchandise. My daughter was getting KC Chiefs clothes when she found an NFL football balloon. We bought our food and breakfast strawberries. Then walked out. We realized that we had the football balloon in the parking lot and went back inside to return the balloon. The girl working at Hyvee paid for my daughter’s NFL balloon. As a gift, She was so kind and wonderful. My daughter bought the girl working a red flower and more strawberries for breakfast. Every employee was so kind. We always liked the Hyvee near Mizzou for the Market Grill Restaurant, beef brisket, and deli hot foods. Hyvee has the best team of employees. Award winning customer service. Hyvee is a boon to the community. We recommend that you shop at Hyvee whenever you have to make the best of your money, especially for their care for customers. Special thanks to the employee that bought the KC Chiefs NFL football balloon for my little girl. She deserved a dozen roses for the gift she gave my little girl. Thank you. Rebel’s Dad

My regular gas station. Granted he pulled it off of the grill while I watched but I just had an excellent Hamburger with all the trimmings at this unlikely restaurant. I've also had the pork tenderloin just lately and it too exceeded expectations

This was a nice clean store with lots of choices. The staff was friendly and the liquor store has nice choices. Overall, this was a good shopping experience and we will be back again.

Beef and broccoli, sesame chicken and lo mein we’re all pretty flavorless. The lo mein had little to no sauce at all, pretty much just plain noodles.

Bland and tasteless. I realize it's a grocery store, but someone really needs to teach them how to make Chinese (Americanized) food.

Ordered in when we hit the hotel. The speed was good BUT the food was cold, 1/4 of the food did not come, and then the entrees were wrong. The taste at best was marginal. Worse came to worse I attempted to contact people due to this screw up but 16 hours later I have heard nothing. Avoid the company, they talk big but stumble in the most basic aspects!

I have shopped here for several years and always appreciate the cleanliness and the quick check out experience. Last week I tried the grocery pick up twice and had a wonderful experience. In my feedback email yesterday, I said that I must be ordering my bananas incorrectly because I kept just getting one. ? Today I got an email and a phone call explaining how to order bananas on the grocery pick up website. I’m super impressed!

Shout out to the lovely African-American woman working in the Deli! I have grown up with Hy-Vee my entire life and I now live in Denver. Hy-Vee has ALWAYS stood up above and beyond (in Keokuk you got a number on your cart and everyone who wanted it got drive up trunk service... very nice especially in the bitter Iowa cold) Gal in the Deli at Columbia not only came out to greet me and my family, but she asked what we were looking for and she came out to look for what we wanted. Kings Hawaiian rolls go quickly around Xmas, so we weren't really surprised to see the shelf was empty! I don't know what her name was, but she made it her priority to find what we wanted in the Deli freezer. Thank you for making my Xmas visit back home a memorable one, unknown name lady! You are beautiful! Thank you to Hy-Vee for always being the best there is!

August 13, 2029 was not a great day w/ the delivery of my order. I had a large order totaling over 200$+ w/ the thought that I wouldn't need to hit the store for a couple weeks or so. The day began w/ door dash bringing me 1/3 of what I ordered. Meanwhile, the Conley street store did call me and apologized for the mix up. They gave me a couple options, one of which I chose to just go and pick it up. I arrived at the store and the manager was very apologetic and even offered to carry out my bag to my car. I happily declined and went home. Upon going thru the bag in my kitchen I realized I still was missing about a quarter of my order. So I call the store and spoke w the manager. Again, he was very apologetic and also explained a few other orders were mixed up w other customers. He also explained he was training a couple of new hires and well, his day was just the worst! He continued to look up my order and we went thru it together and he gave me 3 options, one of which was bringing the remainder of my items at some point the very day. I was very good w that option. A couple hours later the delivery person brought the remainder and also handed me a gift card for the mix up. My heart melted! What a kind, generous, and very thoughtful thing for the manager to do for a customer. Especially, when his day was not so great either . Now I don't know how this feedback will work BUT the manager of the Conley store deserves huge props for going the extra mile!! I will always be a Hy-Vee customer because I learned they really do care about their customers and that's a rare thing in 2020. Thank you!!
