I ordered a veggie sub last night called at about 8 was told it would take about an hour well since Subshop was closed and i had my heart set on a veggie sub from somewhere i just said ok and was fine with the wait. I went to pick my sandwhich up got there a little after 9 there was just one customer in the building other than myself. The guys at the counter may have just been busy and ready to end the night but the guy taking my card was not very friendly at all i left a tip said thank you told him to have a good night before handing him his pen back and was met with silence which made me immediately regret leaving a tip. I got home starving ready to eat and my sandwhich was just full of onions and lettuce there was no cheese at all it was pretty much the worst sub i have ever had. Literally seemed like they just chopped up several onions and green peppers up and threw them all on the bread with some lettuce and one tomato very disappointing and a waste of money. Will likely stick to pizza from this location if i ever choose to return. I just feel like the customer service could have been better in person they were nice on the phone but kind of rude when i arrived and the sandwhich was was not worth the money could have just been a bad night not sure.

Savvy shopping only townies know about. It's really good crust, very fair pricing and they just couldn't be nicer. They made me feel like they genuinely wanted my business rather than being a problem. The toppings are sliced fresh. It's even got the ambiance of confidence.

Chicken Parm! This place is on point! Don’t be misled by the low-key interior, got a chicken Parm cutlet hoagie and it was fantastic!! Perfect bread, crispy tender chicken, great sauce and cheese. And Tommy “Cutlets” DeVito and the Giants beat the Packers on MNF! Perfect night, can’t wait to have that sandwich again

Garlic bread with cheese had no garlic taste and it was just little bit of cheese thrown on top of Sam's clup sub rolls cut in half. Pizza was soggy and they threw all the toppings in the middle of the pizza only. Will not be back.

The Italian Village is so AWESOME!!! The food is always fresh and hot!!! The people that work there are some of the nicest and friendliest people you'll ever encounter!!!! I love it and on those nights I can't seem to find to cook The Italian Village comes to mind and that have never disappointed!!!!!!!!!!

The Gyro and salad were good but the wings were disappointing. The skin got zero browning (either they sauced before baking or didn't bake at a high enough temp) which lead to a very unpleasant chicken fat flavor to them. Service was good, will order again but will avoid the wings personally.

It's a takeout place so it's hard to rate atmoshphere. Got cheese bread, toasted Ravioli, wings and Pizza. The cheese bread was fine and so was the pizza, though both were slightly undercooked for my personal taste. Least greasy pizza that I have ever had though. The wings were good and my sister LOVED the toasted

Ordered here for the first time because we got a coupon from the ad sheet, was not disappointed! This has to be my new favorite pizza spot in columbia. The pizza was delicious! Called in an order for pickup and we received very fast service. The gentleman who rang me up was awesome and very polite. Definitely prefer this place over any other chain in columbia. You guys are awesome!

Service: 1 starPizza: 3 starI called to place an order and am very disappointed with the service I received. The girl who answered was not very polite and was defensive when I called about our takeout order being incorrect. I told the girl that the order was wrong and she told me that I told her wrong. Regardless, that is not how to handle the situation and she didn’t even offer to resolve the problem. When I asked if the charge could be taken off, she put the phone down (should’ve put me on hold—I would be less mad) and I could hear her speaking to the other person saying that I definitely told her wrong (I later verified with my boyfriend who was next to me while ordering that I didn’t tell her wrong, and I never would have ordered what she claimed I did). The next person on the phone offered to give credit towards the next order which was a little disappointing since I wasn’t planning to order again. Eventually the charge was taken off but I am very disappointed. The pizza was ok but my boyfriend liked it. Even if service was five star I would not order again for myself. It was overpriced for what was received in my opinion. Also think it’s a little weird the owner doesn’t respond much to negative reviews, but so far I’ve only seen replies to positive reviews. Bad business.

Ordered gyro and fries. The bread and fries were over done. Lady on the phone could of been more polite.
