Columbia, Missouri - off of Grindstone Parkway in the Walmart Parking lot! I am thoroughly disgusted over the lack of pride of ownership at the restaurants in this town. I ordered a giant stickball sub with no tomatoes or onions, mikes way. The thickness consisted of 1 slice of salami, 1 slice of ham and 1 piece of provolone. It had lettuce, pickles, pepperoncini, oil and vinegar for $15 plus tax. How insulting. I think they were hoping I wanted tomato and onion to make the sandwich look like it would be bigger. Maybe 2 pieces of salami and 2 pieces of ham thick would be more acceptable for the price? All in all, ridiculous. I will go to Hyvee and buy the ingredients to make my own sandwich moving forward and will get at least 4 giant sandwiches for the same price. SICK of the rip off. You lost a customer...but oh, you don't care!

This is the BEST Jersey Mikes locations I’ve been to in the US…I’ve been to quite a few in several states. I know it’s a chain, but this particular location is doing something right. Bread is always fresh, proportions consistently on-point, and great service. Probably a great team of folks and great management.

This location was some of the best service I’ve ever had in the food industry. The workers were informative and gave great recommendations. Every worker was courteous and equally efficient. They also offer a student discount which is the cherry on top. If you want a fresh sandwich with great service, go to this location!

Third time this has happenedAnd nobody answers the phone to correct. Wrong bread, no sides, and cold soda left against hot food that makes it cold. Generally I just accept it and move on but for a 22$ order that has 3 things to be wrong is upsetting.

I will NEVER order from this place again. I had an online order that i placed and when i got there nobody was in front of me so i stood there. The heavy set guy looked me dead in my face while i continued standing there and then a white guy came in and he jumped right to get his online order then went back to work. Another guy had to come assist me with my online order.
