This location gets my order right about 10% of the time… I order a slim #2 and a bag of BBQ chips… seems like that’s pretty simple but I rarely get my chips… after 5 attempts I still never get my chips so I am done with ordering from here. There are many more restaurants that will deliver delicious food and get my basic order right. I’m 100% done with this basic B location. This place should really be ashamed…. Especially with how much I leave in gratuity.

Always a great sandwich at Jimmy John's, The girl at the window was awesome so helpful and so nice only problem was that drive-thru truck struggling to get through on my way out I almost quit the curb and the power box and then had to swing wide to go out of the exit almost being hit by oncoming

It would help with the staff knowing what their menu consist of. Secondly, when one places their order and verifies that order, when one pulls up to the drive-thru and the CSR verifies it as correct and then you get home and find out that an item you requested not be in the sandwich is in it and you are very allergic to it (no I can not just remove the item once it is on). I am extremely disappointed and honestly can not say that I will return.

I used to love this Jimmy John’s, they have excellent service, and they’re close to my house. Today a friend and I wanted to get some food and head home after a day shift, both ordered our sandwiches, I paid, awesome. The guys inside were talking while they made our sandwiches, cool whatever, but they took the wrong order on my friends sandwich, while also not putting any meat on the sandwich anyways. We didn’t notice until halfway home when she opened it to take a few bites, we laughed it off and turned around to have it fixed. The same guy, who let me know he was the manager, who had made, it was there making another order, so I explained the whole situation and asked to switch the sandwich. It seemed like it was gonna be no problem to switch, so I waited around before he began asking which sandwich it was again, then saying it was the correct sandwich, even though there wasn’t any meat. Never in my life did I think I’d be accused of stealing meat, but this man began to claim, “I’m not saying I’m perfect, but I KNOW I put meat on that sandwich, I made it myself. That never happens. I’m going to need your name to make sure this doesn’t happen when you shop again.” I explained he seemed preoccupied before, and it started an entire back and forth. It’s just petty, and I don’t understand the situation. I’m beyond frustrated, and expressed that it was insane I would steal meat, a girl behind the counter even agreeing with me that it’s absurd and it’s the wrong sandwich. He corrected and made me a sandwich, but I couldnt have cared less at that point, it was a total slap in the face. I don’t know if it’s because he was having a bad day, or a young girl with tattoos, colored hair and piercings just seems like a meat snatcher.

If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I order from this Jimmy Johns there is issue. Deliveries quite literally never get delivered and it's a huge pain to get a refund. Every time I got through the drive through and ask for a modification like "no cheese" they will only give you a slice of meat on bread even if the sandwich comes with veggies and sauce.

I order food to be delivered. It took them 1 hours and the person forgot my cookie and didn’t bring the right amount of change. When I called they said they would bring change and cookie an hour later still nothing I called again and he said he just left but here I was 3 hours later no correct amount of change or cookie. I don’t understand how hard it is to bring me my change and cookie when I love not even 3 mins away from Jimmy johns. I am not happy and will not be ordering her again!.
The staff is so nice and on top of things, total 5-star service!

This JJ's has 5-star service! Everyone there is so nice, on the phone and in person. They are so pleasant and friendly. Truly better service than I've had at some up-scale restaurants! Food is delicious too, of course. That sandwich bread is to die for.

The manager here is a hardass. Also, he gets a bit nit picky if you don't wear the uniform to his liking. I feel sorry for the others who work here because it's much more laid back on West Broadway.
