Truly 4.5 stars, but service is pretty spotty. That's the only low light!Food is superb. As good or better sushi rolls than you'll find anywhere in Columbia. THE best Pad Thai, bar none. Most of the menu is great. The owner is great. The kitchen does a great job.And it's not over priced, it's reasonable. In this day, when you can find great food at a fair price, you're in rare territory. The seating, table turnover, wait management, and table service were all subpar. So just don't come when you're looking for a quick bite. But if you have time, it's more than worth the wait.

I’ve eaten here many times over the years. The food is excellent. The service is friendly but very slow. You will wait to be greeted, you’ll wait a long time for food. They might clear plates. You will have to flag down your server for your check when you’re ready to go. Budget 2 hrs for dinner.

The food was delicious! Best Kung Pao tofu I've ever had! Their sushi and roll selection was excellent and the portions are decent. Will definitely be going again!Vegetarian options: They have a couple veggie rolls and appetizers. Have a couple vegetarian main dishes which are delicious

The food was very bland. Ordered chicken Teriyaki and chicken was so hard and rice was very dry.

Amazing food, but it always takes a long time to bring the food out. I'm not a big fan of the pad thai, but I love the bibimbap and all the interesting sushi rolls.

If you are expecting authentic flavors, this is not your place. I didn’t understand that before I tried this place, but it just didn’t do it for me. It tasted like cafeteria food to be honest. I don’t get the hype. The service was great though. I paid about $80 for a drink, 1 appetizer, and 2 entrees.

It lacked true authentic Korean food. I have been to Korea several times, and I was disappointed by the flavor. The desert was very good.

A dinner last Saturday night... Fortunately Mizzou was playing so it was extremely slow in the restaurant. Reason I'm giving three stars is the presentation/quality of the food. Especially the sushi that we ordered was puzzling. It was haphazardly placed on the plate looking sort of like a snake... Was very bland as well. Had to ask for wasabi and ginger as the second serving was not served with it.Ordered the crab basket for an appetizer. Two egg rolls and two crab rangoon. It was very average and didn't really taste much crab. The biggest disappointment was the shrimp and scallops I ordered. The flavor was great and the shrimp was high quality. The biggest issue was the teeny tiny bay scallops. I was shocked that they would be serving bay scallops in a dish that costs 25 bucks. At first I thought they had forgotten the scallops, as I did not see any. Come on guys, if you're going to serve little tiny bay scallops at least put 8 oz in there... With the color of the scallops and the thick sauce you could almost not even see them nor taste them as few as there were. I was expecting at least three decent sized sea scallops. Put that in the description that the scallops will be small bay scallops.

The food... oh my God, the food... they do amazing things with sushi! And I recommend the shrimp shumai for an appetizer! The staff was very polite and attentive, and the atmosphere is just very relaxing.Vegetarian options: There's veggie tempura and you can always get veggie curry!Parking: We went as they just opened for the night, so parking was fine. Getting there, though, can be somewhat of a chore and the parking lot isn't very big, but neither is the inside of the restaurant, which is my favorite kind of place to eat. The lesser the occupancy, the easier it is for me to hear.

While I've had several dishes here, my favorite is the coconut shrimp salad. It's fantastic! Last night, my martini was also delicious. I always enjoy dining at Jina Yoo's.

This place is a hidden gem! The food and service were both phenomenal. Jina was super personable and made us feel right at home. Be sure to try the cherry bomb!

Food was tasty. However, my chilled sake was served room temp, the server barely spoke to us and it took 40 mins for a salad and two raw sushi rolls. Not worth the drive!

I was quite pleasantly suprised with how nice the place was, the lights were low and nice piano music was playing over the speakers, each table had candles on them which really added to the atmosphere.I had the fried gyoza and it was very good, crunchy and tasty with the sauce adding a tasty warm flavor (but not too spicy)For my entree I was split on what to order since there were so many amazing looking rolls, so i asked our server Bailey and she recommended the Monkey Goes Nuts roll (pictured above, but I already ate most of it before it crossed my mind to take a picture haha) it was very interesting, the fruity mango complimented the salmon in a way I was not expecting but was pleasantly suprised by.For desert I had a slice of the chocolate cake and it was amazing, so rich and delicious. Our server bailey was great aswell, kept our drinks topped up and got us whatever we needed to make the night amazing. Will definitely be back for the amazing service and atmosphere, and to try all the other tasty rolls.
