My husband went through the drive thru at 6:30 pm on a Friday night and ordered an 8 piece original and was told they didn’t have enough original to do that order so then he asked for extra crispy and they said they there wouldn’t be any wings in the order. Seriously get it together. There is no reason for that but pure laziness. We will never go there again. RIDICULOUS!!!!! This is the one on Clark Lane!!!!
Walked in just before 9pm, they close at 10pm. Was told they only have bone in chicken which was fine. I ordered the 8 piece family pack. The young man told me it would come with 2 breasts, 2 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs. I get home and there are 4 legs and 4 thighs, all of which were soggy and inedible. I tried calling the store to inform them of their mistake but no answer. It was only 9:17pm. 43 minutes left till close. I called multiple times yet still no answer. The 2 people working tonight, locked the doors and made everyone go through the drive through! That’s way better than closing the doors and going home. GREAT DECISION. They still did 3 cars at a time, made sure I got what I ordered and didn’t complain at all. Very respectable and commendable. If these 2 people weren’t there more than 15 cars wouldn’t have got food tonight just while I was there. Bravo to them both.
