My experience tonight was so bad, we won't be coming back. We came in around 4 and were given a lunch menu which we ordered off of. We sat there about 15 minutes before getting our order taken and it took over 45 minutes to get our food. When we got our bill it was $30 higher than expected because we were supposedly in dinner hours. They refused to honor the prices and tried telling us it was because it was a busier time. It wasn't. There were about 4 servers standing around most of the time we were there and itonly picked up over an hour after we got there because it took them so long to get our food. The dinner meal came with shrimp, but because we ordered the lunch we didn't get the shrimp. But then we were charged higher prices.

Usually I am a huge KOBE fan. If you want good service though, I reccomend dining in. We ordered take out over the phone and they told us it would be about 20-25 minutes. We showed up and have been waiting over an hour. Thank god I asked for the manager because the girl at the front kept telling us she had no estimated time for when it would be ready after ensuring us she had checked our order multiple times. Come to find out (by the manager), our ticket was not anywhere to be found in the back (even though we had our receipt and paid already). Our total time spent here is nearing an hour and a half. She did offer a 15% discount which is something but it doesn’t make up for how ridiculous this whole situation was.

Me and my girl had came in the wait was 30 min and when they came back to the table they told us they we cant split our entree we was ok paying the 6$ extra charge like all the time after that we got up & left the new owners are trash the portions are getting smaller & smaller.

If I’m honest, I hate writing bad reviews. I was so excited to bring my bf to try hibachi for the first time for Valentine’s Day but this was just not it. The food was okay but I think the hibachi experience is about the fun chef and doing cool stuff in front of us. We didn’t get that, I felt like the chef couldn’t care less and barely interacted with the people sitting at our table. Just overall super disappointing.

Went to Kobe last night for sushi for my daughter’s birthday. We sat tableside (not the grill) and there was only one other party of 2 there. We ordered an appetizer and 6 rolls. One came out on time which was my daughter’s. We waited AN HOUR to get the other rolls. The server was new but he was fantastic. And was so patient with us asking where our food was. We asked for a few alterations to the rolls (no avacado for most and no eel on another). All the rolls were wrong. Didn’t even try to make them how they were ordered. Our server offered to have them remade but we didn’t have time to wait for them again. Neither of my kids could eat what they ordered bc they were made wrong. Waste of about $75. Don’t think we will go back anytime soon. Only good thing about our trip was our server.

Very unfriendly. $6 additional charge for sharing your plate with your 3 year old. Understaffed. Automatically add an 18% gratuity fee, then recommend you add a tip for very poor service. Same routine since they open. Chiefs are very bored.

I have been here twice now the second time I came was far better than the first. Our chef was excellent and extremely entertaining. Server was kind and checked in on us. The food was right at par compared to other hibachi places, didn't blow me away though. The environment was quiet and very dim.

Me and my girlfriend ordered some sushi rolls from here. I got the Arizona roll. My roll didn't have much flavor at all other than a slightly gamey fish taste. Granted it is raw fish. However there was supposed to be spicy mayo to help add flavor. Mine didn't have any and was rather bland. Her roll was the shrimp tempura which she said tasted like a creek. Not exactly an experience we want when getting sushi. We probably won't order from here again.
