We had a chicken spinach pizza today from sky zone and I have to say I believe they out did themselves with this one! Truly think this is the best pizza in Columbia!!!

This wood fired food truck pizza was delicious. I happened upon the truck set up outside the VA near the University Emergency Room and Helicopter pad. The sauce was just how I like it, the toppings were very nice, and that crust was tasty! I would absolutely buy a pizza from them again. Plus the guys running it were friendly and helpful. They said they set up the truck in that location every other Friday. Cons: one size only that day, so I bought a medium-sized pizza for only me at lunch. Cost was $12, but I would have spent that on a sandwich somewhere else for lunch that day with no melty cheese and wood-fired yumminess. Great job, guys!

Ever since I moved here from Florida, I've been looking for good pizza. Sure there are some good places in downtown, but that wood fired oven takes pizza to the next level. Manzo's was nice enough to come out to my office, and make us some top notch pizza. If you're driving by, and happen to see them on the roadside, make the stop, you won't regret it.

I had the shrimp po' boy and it was great. Most places skimp on the shrimp. There was plenty of shrimp in every bite and it was cooked perfectly. The flavor in the sauce was also fantastic and full of flavor.
