Not happy. My crispy chicken was stale to the point of being inedible, it was hard and rubbery, and it was completely undressed, just chicken on bread. Cold fries too. Horrible. They need to fire everyone and install new management here.

Food gets a 1/5, not usually fresh, usually wrong order, last time I went I had a fingernail in my burger. Service gets a 1/5, most of the Employees act like I ruined their lives by showing up. Atmosphere gets a 2/5 it’s hard to get out of the parking lot and it smells bad because it’s by a busy road but it gets an extra point for being close to different restaurants you can go to instead of this place.

Got home with order that was not mine. Looks as though was ordered on line, had #1553.Ate it, as I was hungry and not coming back.

I’m so sad! I was so pleased with the young man working the drive thru window this evening! He was pleasant, asked me about my day, told me he was sorry to hear my grandpa was in the hospital, and so on! This was probably one of the best encounter I have had with young workers lately! It was abruptly ended by the negative energy of who I would assume was the manager. He came over and very rudely told the guy he needed to pay attention to the “times”. There was no one else in the drive thru. As we drove away I could see the self entitled manager reaming the guy. My heart hurt for him because he was just being a good person and treating his customers like they were important to him. If I would have been inside I would have for sure said something. I actually regret not going inside. It’s self righteous people like this who are turning good people away from jobs! To the young man, thank you for being a bright light to my day. Also you deserve to be working somewhere that they value their customers and don’t just look at us as another person in the drive thru!

I visit here quite frequently on a daily. I would definitely day the customer service has definitely improved?? over the past year, and they've also remodeled the space so that's a plus!!! However it will be more welcoming if they didn't have all the homeless people hanging around, and cleaned up around the building, like getting the parking lot paved will spruce it up a bit.

I normally don't go into McD's, but was on long trip and needed to take a break.This place was immaculate. The people working there were friendly and helpful. I'm handicapped, and use forearm crutches. They offered to carry my to go order (which I declined), and held the door for me.Only complaint would be that even though the have good handicapped parking, the door is standard width, and there's is an air lock entry with a second door. Neither door is automated.Other than that one issue, this was a great place to grab a meal.Wheelchair accessibility: Only complaint would be that even though the have good handicapped parking, the door is standard width, and there's is an air lock entry with a second door. Maybe it was the time I went through, but my experience was great. There wasn't a long wait time, and there were still plenty of cars at the location. Food was still hot and fresh even after taking it back to my hotel room. Definitely good enough I went back Sunday before heading out.
